D³ Daily Diet Diary ("D³," "the app," "we," "us," or "our") is published by Jacked Arts L.L.C. This Privacy Policy explains what information D³ collects — and what it does not collect — when you use the app.
The short answer: D³ collects no personal data of any kind. All information you enter stays on your device. Nothing is transmitted to us or to any third party.
We do not collect, store, transmit, or have access to:
All data you enter in D³ — meal notes, quality scores, Sweets & Snacks counts, exercise logs, health tags, weight entries, settings, and any other content — is stored exclusively on your device using your operating system's local storage (AsyncStorage on iOS and Android). This data does not leave your device under any circumstances through the app itself.
When you share a report (weekly, monthly, or trends report), the PDF or HTML file is generated locally on your device and shared through your device's standard sharing mechanism (AirDrop, email, Files app, etc.). We do not see or receive any content you share.
D³ does not require an internet connection and does not make any network requests during normal use. The app functions entirely offline.
The only exception is the initial download of the app from the App Store or Google Play, which is handled by those platforms under their own privacy policies.
D³ does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide any personal information to use any feature of the app. There is no login, no user profile, and no way for us to identify who you are.
D³ does not integrate any third-party analytics services (e.g., Firebase, Mixpanel, Amplitude), advertising networks, social media SDKs, or data brokers. There are no SDKs in the app that collect or transmit data.
D³ is free with no in-app purchases or subscriptions. No payment processing occurs within the app.
D³ does not collect any personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. Because no data is collected at all, the app is safe for users of any age.
Because all your data is stored locally on your device, you control it entirely. You can delete individual entries from within the app. To delete all data, uninstall D³ from your device. Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data permanently. If you used Backup or Export to generate files, those files will remain where you stored them until you delete them.
When you download and run D³, Apple and Google may collect certain information about your device and interactions with their platforms under their own privacy policies. This is outside our control and governed by:
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Because D³ collects no personal data, changes to this policy are unlikely to affect your privacy in practice.
Continued use of D³ after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
