A complete picture of your diet and wellness — privately, on your device.
Everything you need to log a day — meals, exercise, health notes, weight, and a quality score.
Rate your diet quality for the day on a 0–100 scale. Color-coded green (excellent), lime (good), amber (watch), or red (poor). A single number that tells the story.
Log your daily "indulgence servings" against a configurable weekly budget (default 12). The app shows weekly totals with color-coded bars — at a glance you know where you stand.
Four flexible meal slots — Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Snacks. Write what you ate in plain language. No food database hunting, no macro arithmetic. Just awareness.
Log any number of activities per day. Distance-based (Walk/Hike, Run, Bike) or duration-based (Gym, Yoga, Work, Other). Supports custom icons and labels for each session.
Attach freeform health notes and select from custom symptom/mood tags you define in Settings. Felt Great, Knee Pain, Poor Sleep — track what matters to you.
Log your weight once a week. The app stores it per week-start date and builds a trend chart over time — without moralizing about whether the number went up or down.
A calendar and weekly bars that reveal patterns across 4–5 weeks.
Every logged day shows a color dot (green → red by tier) and your S&S count. Missed days are visible at a glance — a quiet motivator to stay consistent.
Horizontal bars for average QUAL and total S&S, by week. Each bar is color-coded against your budget so you can spot the good weeks and the rough ones.
An SVG line chart of your weekly weights for the month. Line breaks where data is missing — no interpolation. Neutral blue throughout, no directional bias.
Mini bar charts for each exercise type — one bar per week in the month. The number beside each row shows your monthly total for that activity.
Generate a beautiful 7-column landscape PDF — one column per day — with meals, exercise, health tags, and scores. Share via AirDrop, Mail, or print to PDF.
After 30+ days of logging, D³ shows detected patterns between the foods or medications you track and your health tag outcomes. Silent until it has something real to say.
Trends, Calendar, and List views — zoom out to see your arc over months and years.
Sparkline charts for Diet (QUAL + S&S), Weight, Exercise, Health Notes, and Correlations. Switch between 3M, 6M, 1Y, and ALL. Each bar represents one week.
QUAL bars are green/lime/amber/red by tier. S&S bars are green when under budget, amber when slightly over, red when well over. Health Notes bars are a neutral blue — frequency data, no judgment.
Navigate any month you've logged in. Tap any day to jump to that day's entry in the Today tab.
A searchable, filterable chronological list of every logged day. Search meal notes by keyword or filter by any health tag.
Export a landscape PDF summary of your full selected date range — QUAL and S&S by week, exercise by type, health note frequency. Share with your healthcare provider.
The same correlations engine runs in History Trends, using all your logged data regardless of the selected range window.
D³ analyzes your logged data to surface meaningful relationships — automatically, privately, on-device.
Mark a food attribute as "watching" in Settings. D³ tracks days when that food appeared in your meal notes and compares your health tag rates — exposed days vs. baseline — using a configurable lag window.
Log medication changes in Settings. After sufficient data accumulates (lag period + 7 days), D³ compares symptom rates before and after the change. Requires baseline data from before the change to be meaningful.
Correlations only surface when there's enough data to be meaningful — at least 30 logged days, a minimum exposure count, and a ≥15% difference between exposed and baseline rates. Silent when data is thin.
D³ adapts to your lifestyle, not the other way around.
Choose from eight accent presets (Forest, Teal, Purple, Pink, Orange, Blue, Red, Sky) to personalize the app's look.
Avoid losing data by backing up your data periodically. Restore as needed. Export as a spreadsheet to share with other apps.
Configure your weekly Sweets & Snacks budget — total and per-category (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks). Default is 12 servings per week.
Create any symptom, mood, or activity tags that matter to your situation — from "Knee Pain" and "Brain Fog" to "Meditation" and "Gratitude."
Customize exercise icons and add activity types that match your workout routine.
Log and display weight in lbs or kg — set once in Display Preferences and it applies everywhere.
